Is any 3 character .co.uk worth something? I have found on like this (number)(letter)(number).co.uk which kinda makes sense when put together.

Nope - combinations of letters and number are generally worth nowt - unless it's something like b52.co.uk r32.co.uk - even then they're not worth much more than reg fee undeveloped.

I've just tried 10 (number)(letter)(number) cominations and they're all free to reg.

Save your money for something decent - I'd say

only if it's got some generic meaning such as b2b - business to business, in which case they're prob regged. Unless it's a new and upcoming phrase, then a gamble.
