I have just gone to https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal
and put in used fishing boats and here is the result i got

used fishing boats Global Monthly Search Volume 33,100

Can you let me know how you got a different result please?

@ Eurodomains, to get 31,100 you are using the broad setting in the Match Type drop down menu:

[used fishing boats]
12,100 local
33,100 global

If you set the match type to exact you get the true figures:

[used fishing boats]
6,600 local
9,900 global

33,100 is broad searches, not exact
