Hi All,
Myself and some friends will be undertaking our fourth consecutive charity challenge in mid june 2010; We will be climbing and descending 28,000 feet and trekking 43km up the highest mountains in Ireland, Scotland, England and Wales and travelling the 1200 sea and road miles inbetween all in less than 40 hours. It will be our toughest challenge yet, having cycled coast to coast, walked coast to coast and completed the 3 peaks in 23 hours in previous years, raising nearly £6000 mainly for the Air Ambulance, Cancer Research and Guide Dogs.
This year our challenge falls in Mens Health Week so we are raising money for the Everyman campaign which researches testicular and prostate cancer, “don’t be nuts, check your nuts!”. They are one of the most treatable cancers and much can be done to save many lives each year through early diagnosis.
I would be very grateful if could support me and the campaign with a donation, however small.
