Not sure on and end user, perhaps an organisation connected with intellectual property (IP)?

This is going to always suffer from the fact that Channel 4 had a 4ip scheme which was closed, hence Channel 4 will probably outrank the name and anyone looking to buy will only see negative connotations in any Google search (closure is bad).

Sorry, but if you thought that the use of it previously was a plus then it's not. If you didn't know then it's a lesson to search before registering. Incidentally, I knew of the scheme before the search to confirm the state of the results - many people interested in IP would know too.
