A good number of exact searches per month?

Hi All,

Just wanted to get a rain check on buying up .co.uk / .com domains..

I have a 2 word search term that has 22,000 exacts in UK / 18,000 global (?). The CPC is 0.38

Is this worth a go to make into an adsense / affiliate site? Its a product, so i know people will be wanting to buy/research when they use this search term.

Well for starters that seems a very low cpc for anything which is product related. I suspect that either its tire kickers or that the advertisers have not realised people are searching for this term, if it is the latter then you might be better off finding an affiliate for the product.

On a pure adsense basis I can't see this making much money, here is my thought process...

22k x 0.15 (your actual click revenue) x 0.5 (top spot on google serps) x 0.05( adsense ctr) = 82.5 per month.
