Acceptable behaviour

I bought a mini site and 3 domain names in early December. I paid the price asked and my cheque cleared on December 8th. In spite of great efforts and many unanswered emails I still have not received the paperwork to send to Nominet. The seller is still getting income from google ads and affiliate marketing.
As the seller is a member here and this is my first forum transaction I am asking for any advice.
