Adsense formats

Sometimes I see websites with results from google adwords advertisers (in other words adsense) but insted of being in the usaul boxes and banners, the results are like search results, like an xml feed or something.

How do they do this? I dont see anywhere in google adsense control panel to produce these sorts of ads???

Could be something else though but not sure which site you've seen the ads on?

Ah yes thats exactly what i was talking about.

Now if they could come up with a format like that for content sites etc, I'd be a happy man.
