I use Dreamhost and Servage, dream host more as they do vps. I have maybe 30 sites in total.
I have one on ExMasters also, which I'm just caretaking for a while but seems ok.
If you needed Dedicated that's a whole 'nother ballgame, they all try and fiddle with you over bandwidth.
