Hi,

Not sure which section to put this in, but would like to know a guide price for it so will put it in appraisals!

Anyway, i need some advice.

I am about to acquire a very good domain name. It is a one word generic, and gambling related. It currently gets 4-5k visitors per week through type ins alone, plus any on search engines etc.

Im thinking of leasing the domain out(Dont really want to sell it on), but not really sure who to get into contact with and how to approach people?

What prices should he offer per year lease?

I dont want to affiliate either, would rather have a guaranteed income.

Any help would be appreciated,

Thanks

With that amount of traffic you would be crazy not to go the affiliate route and get a % of peoples spend?? However if you want to go the leasing route you should pm j8james (poker.co.uk, gambling.co.uk etc etc) who I'm sure would probably be interested.

ok thanks, if j8james is not interested, who would be the right people to speak to?

Thanks
