Hello, well i got a coupon worth 25 dollar , i consumed it today they charged me 5 pound for that and currently my account looks like this

Jun 10 Activation fee [?] £5.00
Total credits and charges, June 2006 £-13.53 £5.00
Outstanding balance [?] GBP £-8.53
simple question what does that mean ?
sorry for being dumb.
is it like i owe 8.53 pounds to google ? or is it like they charged 5 pound out of my coupon ? and now i have left with 8.53 pounds of worth adword coupon ?
Please explain , help appreciated.
