The word was in the actual ad not a keyword, aint all that bothered I just thought it silly. Imagine if all the other words were trademarked as well, how would you write an ad? idiots.
That's all well and good as a keyword but not as an actual word in a sentance in an advert, it's barmy. What next, sue the Oxford Dictionary for listing it?
