Is anyone here using or have used "Affiliate Blitzkrieg" to import products into sites ? would like your opinions please, is it easy to use ? / is it good / bad ? how does it compare to digitalquill's datafeed plugin ?

Cheers
Malc

i use it.

its 'ok'

you have to edit the xml feed, and you have to make dummy categories otherwise it doesnt import correctly.

and thats the bit i struggle with, create some categories but the products still end up going into just the one of them

You have to create your categories and make sure theres a post in each.

the easiest way to do this is to create one test post and assign to every category.

You also have to make sure that you get the capitalisation of the categories right - you can see how they're stored on your site (capitalisation or lower case) on the upload page, there's a list of them.

Many Thanks, I'll give it a try
