Affiliate links or parking?

What do people think..... set up a mini webpage with affiliate links or parking a domain name to earn the best revenue?

I've set up mini websites with banner affiliate links and earned zilch but when parked at Sedo they have at least earned the odd buck or two.

Are text links better than banner links for such mini websites? I personally never click on banner links BUT I am willing to click on text links.

It does depend on the domain etc, but I would go with minisites every time now.

Having a page with just banners on it is probably a waste of time though, you need a designed page with relevant affiliate links/ppc ads and preferably good unique content too.

If you can't (or don't want to) put the effort into creating a good minisite, you would most likely be better off sticking with parking.
