Affiliates Wanted - With A Twist !

Hi Guys

ok I'm about to launch a LOT of websites in a particular sector
I wont say what it is just yet ...

Just looking to see how many people would be interested in being an affiliate

Here is the best bit ....

I will let you use one of the i've already created ( 1 affiliate per site ),
which already contains all the information &
you can promote the site however you wish ( NO Email marketing though )

The commission structure will be one of the following ( still to be decided )

1 : £10 per valid submission and an extra £140 if a contract is signed
2 : 50% commission split with ourselves ( ranges from £200 up to £3000 )

I am only after serious affiliates as this is a very competitive market, but plenty of room for us to operate

Difficult to say without knowing more about the site and the market its operating in

I'll take a stab....

Could it be something to do with office space and getting tenants to occupy, you then pay per successful application / referral ?

Only a guess, could be way off

yeah here is a bit of info for those interested..

I will BEAT any per lead deal offered by SOS , office broker or instant offices

i have a LOT of city specific names eg ManchesterServicedOffices.co.uk , BristolServicedOffices.co.uk

and just launched LondonOfficeSpace.co.uk ( In partnership with Ryan Humenick )

each affiliate will get a dedicated city

here is an example of commission im receiving for a lead that is just going through ....

space for 6 people @ £300 per person per month
= £1800 per month x 12 months = £21,600 PA

Commission = £2160

anyone else interested ??
