18 is the minimum age you can enter into any legal agreement in the UK & Channel Islands

On the transfer forms it states 18. Although you can use a parent/guardian so should'nt be a problem.

Not sure if their are rules related to domain names, but anyone can enter into a contract.

Their are certain contracts that might not be legally binding for people of a certain age, but we all enter into contracts every day.

For Example:- Each time you buy something from a shop you are entering into a contract.
