it's a step in the right direction, but....
it's a good start to increase safety on roads, but they also need to target another major road nuisance...well one of the others anyway, being the grey market.
Can a recognition system be introduced that detects age, response times, average speed and speed reduction prior to corners to detect whether someone is being a burden to the transport infrastructure?
Just a thought...
