I have the domain and website debtfree.co.uk and when I bought it and for a couple of months following it was featuring very highly on google with a pr of 5. It then disappeared and have tried resubmitting numerous times to google but with no effect.

Checking your backlinks, you have none from Google or MSN and only 189 in Yahoo.
Looking at those backlinks, most of those are from "domain" sites such as Acorndomains then you have a bunch from bravenet.com free links.
The rest are blog or article sites.
Suggest you get the bravenet ones delisted and then get some good links in from relevant sites, debt, finance etc.
Also do not keep resubmitting to Google.
