Why would I do myself out of extra money of selling 5 for £50 by selling the whole lot to dougs for £35 if I had checked the thread?
I checked the thread in the morning, nothing new.
I got a message from dougs saying he wanted to the lot so I said ok.
I went back and looked at the thread later in the day and realised IV4.net had posted 10minutes before.
I have tried to apologise but there is no way I am undoing a done deal.

I think that 3 things are clear here:
1. Spanno has no idea about forum ettiquette with doing deals
2. Spanno is very scared that if he does the right thing and pulls those few domains from Dougs, that Dougs will not buy the rest
3. Dougs is well aware of this thread and that iv4 got there first, but his credibility should be brought into this. He has either contacted spanno after he saw iv4's post or is sitting back not willing to do the right thing. Either way this is clearly wrong.
The way that neither of these two are trying to solve this very simple issue is sickening. This could very easily be solved even now. By either spanno or Dougs!
It's a shame because it's kind of like the honour system of who posts first isn't working this time. I guess legally it doesn't mean anything - just a shame because it's fun and shows that people can be trusted and have integrity... just not this time

If it's an honest mistake that can be fixed, why not fix it?
Possibly because he's worried he might miss out on the sale of the rest, if dougs doesn't want the rest without those names - after all he hasn't commented on this.
I might be cynical on this, and wrong, I guess I just liked the system as it was.
But honest mistakes do happen, and it might be one of those.
