Any bad experiences with (short) .ccTLD's outside Europe?

I have read people had bad experiences with .tc domain if they had a 2-character or a 1-character long domain.

The registry started to be controlled by some company from London and they tried to expire domains and changed the prices radically for 1-letter domains (from 15 GBP to 3000 GBP). Also some other domains outside from Europe seemed to be "off" for weeks I've heard of. And about Australia one told me he lost his domain because of audit.

Currently I use only European and Australian/New Zealand-zone (CoCCA) short domains in hope this gives some kind of stability - not only by the infrastructure but also by law, etc.

If you know any bad ccTLDs that are not serious and better to stay away - please write.
