10000 and 5000 loan look interesting given the search volumes, but given that they rank on page one already, as a buyer I'd be asking to see traffic stats.

what search volumes ? A few hundred a month? Even with no:1 spot you only be looking at 40ish hits a month

880 on 5000 loan... number one spot probably expect about 200 a month. That's a lot of people looking for a huge commision item.

But like I say, we all know Google Keyword Tool is more often than not only useful as a guide, hence why I'd be interested to know what traffic it drives from the position it's in lower on page one.

You could probably double your CTR by improving your page title/description. People aren't looking for 10000 loan after all, they're looking for "£10,000 loan". A very simple change that makes things look much tidier. If you can't bear to add the "," and risk losing the exact match highlight in the title, at least consider adding the "£" sign!
