Sorry, I edited this thread because I just found out you can't sell these leads anymore, apparently. Anyway....

I have a site that is making some money with just a banner ad on it, but I know it could make more money than it is as the main keywords the site ranks for would cost advertisers in the region of £40+ per click. To be honest I didn't really look into it beforehand as I just wanted to see how easy, or hard it would be to rank the site, but now I have done I'd obviously like to make the most of it.

The first option would have been to collect leads and sell them but it appears this is no longer legal for personal injury claims.

The other options I have are to possibly sell the site in a couple of months if my rankings stay solid and I have a bit more income proof, try to sell it right away or maybe rent it out to a solicitor or company, but never done any of these.

Another option would be just to leave it as it is and "go with the flow" all the time it's ranking.

My preferred option would be to sell it while it's rankings are high but where to start finding a buyer?

Anybody here have any experience of similar that could share any insights? Thanks.
