Anyone Familiar with Packet Tracer?

Hi,

I've got to do an exercise on Packet Tracer and I'm completely lost, spent the last hour or so trying to work it out. I'd say it can be done within 5 minutes if you've ever used Packet Tracer before but I just can't get my head around it. Anyway, if anyone can help for a minute I'd really appreciate it.
