I wouldnt be so sure. Are you factoring in your time to develop and build a site as against to buying it cheap and selling it to an end-user with no time spent on it?

hi there and thanks for reply i think that upto around
5 would do and initially i think around 2.5 k to 3k
so its affordable so that would give us a domain name
up to 1/2 of what we are willing to put up with the rest for development marketing seo etc
thoughts
this way not to diluted earnings and if we earn a min 20% on investment per year nice but should be a lot lot more will the pooled knowledge here !!!
nice suggestion is buying a failed site quicker route to market maybe
and get the SeoEquity
safety in numbers and knowledge
