Just curious if any one here has any experience with a dev firm that offers ad-hoc joomla maintenance?
Currently everything is either done by myself or one of two freelancers, but I want something more dependable. Preferably looking for a team who can offer faster responses to requests rather than a single person who may get booked up.
Not after design or custom development, more taking the day to day faffing out of my hands - minor troubleshooting, server migration, major joomla updates (eg: 2.5 to 3.x), security cleanup, server fiddling.
Definitely UK based only. We need to be in the same time zone. There's a chance this could also lead to future dev work and we'd at least want the ability to be able to meet face to face.
I've found a couple who run at a similar rate to what we pay our freelancers now, but personal recommendations are always appreciated!
