Talking about link exchanges of course 
I have a PR5 that I want to get links to before the next PR toolbar update, so I'm looking for permanent 3 way exchanges.
Will accept one or two direct exchanges, but prefer three way (you link to my site, I link to another of your sites).
Sites linking to mine should be PR4 or above please. If it's higher than 5 I will throw in a link from one of my PR2 or PR3 sites as well.
The site is is a blog based around web/tech/social/SEO/business/freelancing etc., but I'm happy to accept links from any niche. There are a handful of outbound links in the sidebar and footer. Plenty of inner pages with PR2/3, or I'm happy to just do you a link on the index page if you don't want sitewide. At the moment there are just over 100 posts and a handful of pages.
