I use fresh store builder (check Exercise Balls for a quick demo). Adds amazon products automatically using cron jobs and you can edit everything.
Much better & more seo friendly.

A quick simple one would be easy content units. datafeedr is also good but not free to use.
If you don't mind working with your own feeds pricetapestry and datafeed studio are definitely worth a look as you have much more control over the first two options.
