Yes, its Appartement not Apartment (as I am not that much lucky)

Buy it due to three reasons:

1. Its exact match in case of France & Netherlands (Dutch).
2. Estibot value (not much reliable but gives a rough idea).
3. Google search starts showing rankings straightly, instead of showing results of "Apartment".

In my opinion this domain is good for a real estate company in UK trying to target French or Dutch buyers. Seeking expert opinions on valuation and also guidance whether its worth to develop a website over it?
