Wordpress site with custom premium theme (which I have adapted a bit)

Ranks 1 or 2 for terms appnews and app news in google + long tale searches on posts.

Has 103 unique posts, no copied and pasted articles.

If you have the time this site has alot of potential IMO.

Apps are the present and future, everything is apps these days so for a app news site the domain name is perfect.

There is scope to sell advertising to app development companies, hardware and software companies, and plenty of adsense.

I have had a few marketing companies pay me to do posts on apps they are promoting, payment is based on page views so the key with this site is getting the page views up, which means keeping it up to date and relevent.

I dont have the time to do this hence the sale.
