I like it as I know how popular decking and the tools are as I used to work in the building trade.

I think you could certainly build a site about decking and all the tools as well as materials that are required.

As for value im not sure, and it doesen't help that loads of other extensions are still available.

If you are looking to develop the site - GREAT

Resale potential - Not Sure but im sure some of the more experienced domainers will give you more idea.

The issue here is that people would rather pop down their local B&Q for decking materials, IMO it's not regularly bought online and this means it's not a high value domain. As an experienced developer am I keen to buy the domain off you? No, I'm afraid not.

The fact is someone must be searching for 'decking materials' online, around 4k to be exact, looking at google there are quite a few places supplying materials for home delivery & one of these companies might like to take it off your hands, certainly if you retain your position on page 1...

Its quite convenient ordering building materials online for home delivery, no hassle involved.
