I am new to the domain name sales game. However, I have recently acquired three domain names which should get good prices - I have been monitoring what happens in the domain auction business for several months and I have picked the names very carefully.
However, here I enter unchartered waters. The quesions I have

However, here I enter unchartered waters. The quesions I have
- What good domain auction sites are out there - I know of Sedo and Afternic.
- What are the criteria to use for choosing an auction site. I should perhaps add that the three domains I have in mind are all "adult" related.
- Is there some place I can read up on what people think of the service they have got from the various auctioneers?
- Is it worth getting a domain name appraisal done and using their premium promotion services in order to get a good price?
- Finally, I noticed that sex.info had recently crossed the $200K mark on Sedo. However, later it seems to have gone back into the "Make An Offer" category. Does this mean that the auction failed for some reason? If so does this happen often? (Meaning that even if my names start getting bids I should not start counting my chicekens till they hatch?)
