You could build a petrolprices type site with it. However, I don't feel it's strongly monetisable because fuel isn't something that can be sold easily over the internet.

On it's own it will be difficult to sell to an end user due to the extension.

Build a website about fuel cards and monetise it with Adsense (good CPC), then sell it or keep the passive income when it's ranking.

Why don't you follow the acorn link to classipress and buy that. Double check with admin for a code if you are buying it.

Set up in minutes and allows users to quickly add a description and a location to google maps insert.

Then go to the places where you can nab instant traffic to populate it.
