Wondered if anybody could help me value this geo domain.

Utrecht is a region in the netherlands and also a city. The region is home to 800,000 people and the city is the 4th largest in holland with a population of 600,000. It is home to the country's largest university.

It also has a very nice central station !! (3 cheers for wiki )

Google returns 36 million results,

Anyone any idea of value ?

How would you go about realising the best value for a geo domain such as this ?

A low value domain (<£100) because it is not a major tourist destination for the British.
