I know i kicked it all off on the other thread with my little jest, but seriously you think these names are worth reg fee?
I was thinking around 1-2k for the set.
If thats all they are worth i'll hang onto them for future use!

Probably the largest letting agent franchise in the UK, with various other small companies, probably around 10-15 companies who offer letting franchises.
Belvoir franchises cost roughly £20-50k depending on the package chosen, so their is money in this market.
People like lettings because its a consistent income and therefore very easy to budget for the future etc, also as there is very little invoicing for fees its also a cashflow friendly business. Mostly you collect the rent, deduct your fee and pass the balance on.
Its a growing market.

you are right - as property prices continue to rise more and more people are being forced to rent as they canot afford to buy.
With regards to franchises - a franchise is 50% more likely to succeed than if for instance you were starting your own letting agent from scratch!
I'd hang onto them if I were you!
