Wanted: Domain Appraisal Appraisal StepAerobics.co.uk

Pretty much everyone would have heard of Step Aerobics in their lifetime, i have owned this domain for sometime now and i haven't done anything with it, so i would like to see what people think it may be worth now and maybe if developed into a nice informative step aerobics website??? Please appraise domain just for name no traffic stats!

Google gives avg. search volumes as follows:

step aerobics 22,200
aerobics 246,000

Google AdWords data gives 3-6 clicks a day at avg CPC £0.41 - £0.61.

What could you sell on the domain?
- Step equipment
- Wii Fit
- Fitness videos
- Fitness clothing

The domain is not hugely valuable, but I reckon around £30 would be a realistic early target for a developed site using affiliate programmes and Amazon Associates.

Good domain sale wholesale would be £300 - £600. You might get more if you could get someone like Reebok interested.
