Wanted: Domain Appraisal Appraisal: texasholdemforums.co.uk

I have the domains texasholdemforums.co.uk and holdemforums.co.uk. I have lost interest in developing the site and was hoping to find out the potential value of the domains.

I also have the bare bones of a website at www.texasholdemforums.co.uk, would it be easier or more profitable to sell it as a turnkey site, rather then just the domains?
