Wanted: Domain Appraisal Apprasisal please - Thornton-le-Dale com

Just aquired the .com Thornton-le-Dale and noticed a few villages and town for sale here
So just wondering as a domain what price could I expect?

It is hyphenated but the name is anyways, so hard not to have them.

I am going to develop it but just wondered if it's on par with domains in the above post? What do you think LogicalDomains?

A quick google tells me that the place is a small village somewhere up north.

Therefore value is probably £10 - £20 to someone that lives there.

Yeah correct.
A look a little further and it's big for tourist village with it been very scenic and oldy worldy place.
Been myself only last year so must say its a bit more than a little village up North.

If you intend to build a mini site it has to be bigger and better than the competition...............

I do plan to build it up a lot bigger than any other site.

I have about 15 other Town related domains ready for sites, and thought this small popular village would be a nice one to and to the list I have.

Anyone got any town related websites up and running to view?
