Are sales threads private now?

As in, you block search engines from crawling them?

Someone told me this was the case, but would like to hear it from the horse's mouth, so to speak.

This was fully published in the referenced threads.

At the end of the day this is a domain traders / industry site where people mostly buy and sell at trade prices. The concensus I have these prices should not be visible to Google et al as this could lower the expectations of an end-user buyer.
