Doesn't natter, the fact that you are using Aston Villa's name to earn money is an infringement of their trademark.
IMHO the domain has no value, keep it while its earning but be prepared to lose it at any time

In this case I think your comments are a little unfair.

I got this domain a year or so ago and sold it to Sean. I enquired at the time if it was ok to use it and aston villa football club said it was ok as a fan site as long as it didnt detract from anything they do or sell.

So trademarks mean nowt sometimes I guess.
