Auction Software

Does anyone have any experience of, or can recommend a good Auctioneers software?

Not for online auctions (like eBay), but real life, face to face 'auction room' auctions.

Or, do you know of something similar, that with a few tweaks could be used to register buyers to number, and lots to sellers and buyers, that sort of thing?
