Ah, yes i knew that, but i was lead to believe it was ok in the motor trade, as they sold cars they knew would be resold outside of their network?

And they dont seem to have a problem with dozens of websites trading as specialist audi dealers who are unfranchised.

So its a scarecrow type of domain scaring everyone away, bugger.

Lots of specialist dealers have Prima Facie rights, or even permission to do so.

Didn't think of that, although I imagine as a domainer doesn't have this permission it would put people off.

Perhaps see if any end-user dealers with rights to use it would be interested? A quick Google or search on the Audi website should bring plenty up
