Aug 2005, when will it end?

I have a domain that I would like to try and get.
It's status is: Renewal required
Renewal date: Early Aug-2005

I have booked it with dropcatcher, do you guys have any idea if/when this domain would be suspended and drop? Feels like I have been watching it forever ;-)

I did do a bit of research and did see Aug names that have already been dropped, so that just means it could be anytime from tomorrow until......whenever?

I wish there was more strucrure to the process and some sort of timeline like .com's

If the status is "renewal required" then it is likely there is a dispute/problem involved in the domain of some sort so no time frame can be given
