Ha, local rag confirmed that's where it happened. Seems the incident took place in May 2008. When the clip was first posted on YouTube, it was removed.
Merseyside Police confirmed a 22 yr old was charged with criminal damage and a section 4 Public Order offence.
Jason and his family have since moved to another part of St Helens.
