I don't know about appraisals but I decided not to load it, because the only monetisation was from quitting, vaping or shisha/hookah type stuff.

Its one of those which looks nice but can only sell with development, if you have time and some budget, I could see you making a decent roi.

A nice short memorable name that could be used for just tobacco flavoured Eliquid, that's the way I'd go with it.
