My best efforts so far.
I call this tool :The Almanac for Domain Markets.
Domanac was created to explore a different approach. Rather than relying solely on appraisal methods, it evaluates a domain using a broad range of market, linguistic, historical, and statistical signals to estimate the probability that favorable market conditions exist for the domain. The goal is not to replace appraisals, but to provide an additional layer of insight that helps users make more informed decisions.
By focusing on probability instead of valuation alone, Domanac offers a new perspective on domain analysis—one designed to identify opportunity rather than simply estimate price.I
know the site isn't particularly polished, but that was a deliberate design choice. My priority was performance and functionality over visual aesthetics.
