Backordered domain with drop.co.uk - successful but I havent been able to pay

I back ordered a domain with drop.co.uk and it was caught on the 3/08/15. The email said I would get an invoice but so far I have not received anything. There is no link on the website to pay, I've contacted the website and Aaron by email but not heard anything.

I am slightly concerned because the terms state that If payment is not made within 7 days the domain will be auction or dropped. I really do not want that, this domain is valuable to me and I just want to be able to pay for it!

Anyone have advice/contacts with them to see if I can get this resolved?
