With regards to selling on domains and approaching a business, where does fair use come into bad faith? it would seem the registrars are in a bit of a quandry, they don't seem to abhor domainers selling on domains but equally they appear to back up any claim a company may have over a domain, even without trademark - is that correct?

So where do you stand in selling on a domain or is it easy come easy go, losing out on a domain because you approach a company with the intention of selling it on. Do you just take the risk?
