What gets my on my tits though, is that the Banks are STILL trying to get away with it by only refunding those who complain! :shock:

Lets hope the OFT puts a stop to this once and for all and takes legal action! :twisted:

Thanks for that sneezy, I recently got an OD fee because the bank took about a week to transfer money between my accounts, which are at the same bank. This should only take a few minutes! Clearing systems in the UK are archaic and way out of line with many other countries.
