Hi Paul,

I saw property ladder - and they didnt like it being called a "basement flat" if i remember correctly.. although i can see value as she was making out there popular.. hard to value... keep hold and see what pans out..

Thanks DB. She was a stubborn old bird that one wasn't she!!! Why does no-one ever listen to Ms Beeney??? Did look amazing when they eventually finished it though...probably still on the market though!!
