Wanted: Domain Appraisal basementflats.co.uk

[Paulo1Chop]

Hi,

After watching 'yet another property program' last night I registered this domain today and would appreciate any views on potential value now and/or developed. I also have the .com variation.

basementflats.co.uk

Thanks in anticipation!!

Paul

I live in one... they're shocking. Wouldn't recommend it!! I'll give you £30 quid for it!

inside the circle of doom.....

i think with 'london weighting' that should be a bit more!!!!

Lex, just think about all the exercise you get going up and down the steps to work on those rickets that you get from a lack of sunlight!!!

Hi Paul,

I saw property ladder - and they didnt like it being called a "basement flat" if i remember correctly.. although i can see value as she was making out there popular.. hard to value... keep hold and see what pans out..
