Had it been (from the beginning, continuously to this day) a site about recipes for meat loaf, there's no issue, but the current case does sound like classic "bad faith" cybersquatting because of the use being made of the name.

You could just as easy argue the tribute act helped the original stay in the public eye and increased sales of there albums.... 11 years long time.. Meathead been made bust 2 prob bust again he does like suing though didn't he sue his manegment and the guy that made him more than a backing singer in the first place well try for 50m

Although one good thing might come of it one less band singing his awful songs so every cloud as they say....
